One of the best ways to start your career with a federal agency is to apply for one of the following Pathways programs: Internship Program : Available in agencies across the federal government, the Internship Program offers paid work opportunities for current students in positions related to their field of study. Recent Graduates Program : The Recent Graduates Program provides one-year full-time jobs in a variety of fields with opportunities for training and mentoring.
